Migration FAQ
Is the migration really free?
Yes. Our team does the move and it's included in the subscription: you only pay for the plan (from 19,900 ₸/mo), the migration itself costs nothing.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–2 business days. A large school with dozens of courses can take up to a week — we'll give you the exact timeline before starting, once we see the materials.
What do you need from me?
Access to the old platform (or the materials themselves: videos, texts, student lists) and half an hour for the final review. We do the rest.
How do students get into the new school?
We move students together with their access. A student signs in with their phone number — and their courses are already waiting inside.
What if my platform isn't on the list?
We migrate from anywhere: another LMS, a Telegram channel, Google Drive, spreadsheets. Show us what you have — we'll tell you how it moves.
